We are selective. We only focus on markets underpinned by the economic fundamentals of population, employment and GDP growth.  Our entry point is when these demand drivers place long-term pressure on vacancy rates and rental pricing.

To date, we have invested in the Phoenix and San Antonio markets. Our execution and results have formed strong relationships that give us access to some of the best multifamily investment opportunities in the American Southwest.

Our corporate office is headquartered in North Vancouver, B.C.  Our Phoenix-based operations team includes a director of acquisitions, asset managers and, through our strong working relationship with Shelton-Cook Real Estate Services and CAM Properties, approximately 160 staff actively managing our properties. We are also building out our team in Texas, a market we have recently entered.
