Warren has assumed leadership roles in the management and control of the general accounting, finance and tax-planning functions for several real estate companies. He was previously an Executive VP & Vice President of Finance for a Vancouver Home Office, an asset and property management company overseeing a portfolio of residential apartment buildings and mobile home parks. Warren oversaw tax compliance, accounting, reporting, loan financing and due diligence on acquisitions. Warren has served as corporate controller for Intracorp Projects Ltd. and Bosa Development Corp. Warren is a Certified Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
